Report Water Quality Concerns

Please use the following form to submit any concerns you may have about water quality conditions in your area. Please note, the Partnership for the Umpqua Rivers is a non-proft and non-governmental organization. We are a private organization with no legal obligation to respond to water quality issues.  While we work hard to monitor and restore public and private water ways, we do so only with landowner permission.  We do not monitor private lands without permission, nor do we enforce any local, state, or federal laws. Your comments are very useful and informative to our work.  However for regulatory or health concerns please contact the EPA, DEQ, or County Health departments.
