Ken Carloni has a B.S. and M.S. from University of Connecticut in Evolutionary Ecology and a Ph.D. from Oregon State University in Forest Ecology.
Has been a Biology Professor at Umpqua Community College since 1987 and is the current Science Department Chair. He is also the Natural Resources Program Director.
Ken is involved with multiple committees and collaborative efforts assocoatied with forest management. He is also one of the founding directors of the original Umpqua Basin Wastershed Council.
